Accessibility and help
You should be able to find out about our practice and discuss your needs with us clearly. If you find this website difficult to use or need help with a step, please contact us. You do not need to make an online booking or have a smartphone to contact our practice.

Open individual sections or all the details on this page.
Enlarge text and use the keyboard
You can enlarge the display in your browser. On many computers, use “Ctrl” and “+”; on a Mac, use “⌘” and “+”. Pressing “0” with the same modifier key restores the original size. On mobile devices, corresponding options are available in display or accessibility settings.
When using a keyboard, you can usually move between available links and controls with the Tab key. The Enter key opens a selected link. If an element cannot be reached, does not have a clearly visible focus indicator or cannot be operated this way, please tell us.
If you cannot proceed online
For questions about your appointment or our services, call 03836 200893. Our digital telephone assistant takes your enquiry so we can follow it up. We will call you back. If you cannot or prefer not to use this route, you can also contact us in writing or in person at reception during opening hours.

Please tell us what information you need or which step you are unable to complete. We can then discuss a suitable route. You do not have to submit your enquiry through a particular online form.
Report an accessibility issue
You can report website accessibility issues by phone or by writing to our practice address. You may use the subject “Website accessibility issue”.
It helps to include the address of the affected page, a brief description of the problem and what you were trying to do. If known, also tell us the device, browser and any assistive technology you use, such as a screen reader. Please include how we can contact you. Medical information is not needed for this kind of report.
We review your feedback and identify the support or technical correction needed. We use the contact details provided to deal with your message; further information is available under “Privacy”.
Support during your visit to the practice
If you use a wheelchair or walking frame, find longer distances difficult or need support from someone accompanying you, please tell us about your situation before travelling. This helps clarify which information about access and arrangements at the practice matters for you.
Express check-in is an additional option. If you find the terminal difficult to use, you can check in at our main reception desk. Please also hand in there any documents we need before you see the doctor.
