Call 03836 200893 to leave your enquiry with our digital telephone assistant. Please state your name, your concern and a telephone number for a return call. If you call during our opening hours, we make one return call to you the same day. Please make sure we can reach you on the number you gave us. We make one callback attempt per message so that we can respond to all enquiries as promptly as possible. If you miss our call, please call again and leave a new message. We will then get back to you.

Travel and access

Travel and parking

For route planning, enter “Hufelandstraße 1, 17438 Wolgast”. Parking outside the medical centre can be used for up to two hours with a clearly displayed parking disc. Please follow the signs currently in place. If you have a long journey or are being dropped off and collected, please allow for the time you will actually spend with us. It is not always possible to know in advance exactly when every part of an appointment will be finished. When arranging your appointment, ask what practical points you should consider for the planned visit.

Do you use a wheelchair or walking frame, have difficulty walking longer distances, or wish to plan your visit with someone accompanying you? Tell us about your specific situation before you travel. We can then clarify what information you need about access and arrangements at the practice. If you are travelling by public transport, it can also help to ask if you are unsure about the final part of the journey to the practice. Choose your connection around your agreed appointment and check current times with the transport operator.

“Before your appointment” explains which existing documents are helpful for your consultation. Please bring them with you and let us know about them when you check in. If you no longer need an appointment, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance, counting working days only; weekends and public holidays do not count. For an appointment at 10 am on Monday, this means cancelling by 10 am on Friday. Please also let us know if you cannot attend at short notice. This allows other patients to use the appointment. Information about short-notice cancellations, a possible missed-appointment fee and repeatedly missed appointments is available under “Change or cancel an appointment”.
