Responsibility and transparency
Transparency about our use of AI
We want you to be able to understand the context of the information and images on our website. We used artificial intelligence as a supporting tool in creating it. Some visual content has been generated or altered using AI.

AI supports our editorial work
AI supports us in drafting, structuring and editing the wording of texts. Responsibility for published content remains with OrthoCoast. AI replaces neither medical assessment nor editorial decisions about which information we publish. You can find the responsible people and contact details in our legal notice.
How to recognise AI images
We label AI-generated images and images whose content has been altered using AI directly alongside the relevant image. The label explains whether an image was artificially generated or an existing image was altered using AI. Images labelled as illustrative are intended to explain a topic. They do not document a specific treatment case or demonstrate a successful treatment outcome.
Information and personal treatment
Our website provides general information about symptoms, examinations and treatments. It does not replace individual medical advice, examination or diagnosis. We clarify which measures are suitable for you in a personal consultation.
Questions about our content
If you notice a possible error or have questions about the origin of an image, you can reach us through the contact page. Information about the handling of personal data is available in our privacy policy.
