Current vacancies

Which role suits you?

Choose the role that suits your training and interests. Each vacancy lists the requirements and documents needed for initial contact.

Medical assistant, full-time or part-time

For medical assistant roles, we are looking for people who give patients friendly guidance while keeping practice workflows in mind. Applicants should have completed training as a medical or dental assistant. Teamwork, reliability, initiative and confidence using digital tools are important for this role. For initial contact, simply send us a short email. Tell us your qualification and preferred working hours. Your CV and further documents can follow at the next stage.

Medical assistant apprenticeship

An apprenticeship at our practice combines working with people and learning medical and organisational procedures. If you are interested in this career, a willingness to learn, care and attention, and enjoyment of teamwork are important. In your application, explain why you would like to begin the apprenticeship. Include a CV and your two most recent school reports. Also tell us which apprenticeship start date you are interested in.

Postgraduate medical training

We welcome doctors undertaking specialist training in general practice or orthopaedics and trauma surgery. The focus is outpatient non-surgical orthopaedic care, including assessment and treatment planning. A short email with your contact details is enough to get in touch initially. Your contact is Priv. Doz. Dr. med. habil. Richard Kasch. Our recognised training period in orthopaedics and trauma surgery, approved by the Mecklenburg-Vorpommern Medical Association, is up to twelve months. In a personal discussion, we review your training so far and the aim of the placement you are seeking. Before an agreement is made, we clarify which duration can count towards your individual training pathway and which content is planned, based on the current training authorisation.

Working student role in practice development

The working student role is aimed, for example, at students of business administration, health economics or IT. You will analyse and improve practice workflows and help develop digital processes. We welcome structured thinking, initiative and an interest in putting ideas into practice together with the team. In your enquiry, tell us your degree programme and the experience you would like to contribute. We will clarify working hours and the balance between on-site and off-site work for the specific role.
