Conservative treatment options

Manual medicine, exercise and training advice, orthoses and orthopaedic aids. Where clinically appropriate, options include ACP/PRP, hyaluronic acid, shockwave, laser or neural therapy. Before deciding, we discuss the benefits, limitations and your questions; further information is available on the relevant treatment pages. I also offer IHHT, which alternates breathing phases with lower and higher oxygen levels. This is intended to stimulate adaptation processes in the body, which are also being studied at a cellular level. We discuss individually what this means for your situation and whether IHHT is suitable for you.
